MACCO professionals, serving in fiduciary roles or financial advisors, have an award-winning record of providing clear and implementable solutions arising from the result of litigation, business conflict or other unique circumstances. We have been appointed by bankruptcy courts and courts around the country and world, as receivers, as assignees and as both operating chapter 11 trustees and post plan trustees. In 2020, Drew McManigle was one of six initial professionals chosen to serve on the small business, sub-chapter V, chapter 11 trustee panel for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division where he also served on the sub v judicial committee. For 5 years until April 2025, he successfully provided guidance and perspective to the program while successfully administering over 30 small business cases.
