Drew McManigle Founder & CEO
Drew McManigle is the Founder and CEO of MACCO. As Interim CEO and Board Chair, implemented and completed a highly successful 6-month business turnaround of a publicly traded cannabis CPG company. In addition to overseeing comprehensive organizational and financial restructuring, negotiated a $17.5MM term loan; led the development of new brands and products; gained shareholder approval for a 6:1 reverse merger; and recruited and established a diverse, independent board of directors.
Pablo Bonjour, M.B.A. Managing Director
Pablo Bonjour is a Managing Director for MACCO, based in the Houston, TX office and leads its cryptocurrency practice. He holds over 25 years of executive suite leadership with extensive experience in operational and financial management. Pablo has represented recognized brands, including Shell International Exploration and Production. His global experience extends across a variety of industries including cryptocurrency, agriculture, oil & gas production, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and transportation.
Jerry Thompson Managing Director
Jerry Thompson is a Managing Director for MACCO. His business experience incorporates a multi-layered understanding and the ability to evaluate structured finance transactions, notably in upstream exploration, production and oil field service companies, from a practical standpoint. Jerry has led multi-disciplined teams through due diligence, structuring and execution of over $2 billion in oil & gas structured debt and equity transactions.
David Weinhoffer Managing Director
David Weinhoffer is a Managing Director, based out of the Houston, TX office. He has led numerous companies through in and out-of-court business restructurings and has held leadership and fiduciary roles such CRO, operating chapter 11 trustee, interim CEO, and as a post chapter 11 plan liquidation trustee. David’s global operational experience spans a diverse variety of industries, including maritime, energy exploration & production, oilfield services, biopharma, petrochemicals and decommissioning, defense, renewables, high technology, environmental, manufacturing, commercial construction, distribution, transportation and heavy equipment.
Kathy Mayle Senior Director
Kathy Mayle is a Senior Director for MACCO. She has more than 26 years of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring. Kathy has worked with corporate debtors in both the private and public sector. Her broad experience encompasses a vast array of industries that include manufacturing, commercial airlines, retail, oil & gas, high-tech, real estate, construction, and healthcare, including physician practices, hospitals and imaging centers.
Micah Miller Senior Director
Micah Miller is a Senior Director for MACCO, based out of the Houston, Texas office. With over 15 years of in-depth experience in accounting and financial analytics, Micah specializes in financial planning, analysis, modeling, cost accounting, and process optimization. A seasoned professional, he has navigated the full spectrum of accounting roles, from inventory control, AR, and AP to leading teams as Financial Controller and CFO. Prior to MACCO, Micah served as a financial controller for an oil and gas services company who filed chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Blake Denbina Director
Blake Denbina is a Director for MACCO. He has over 17 years of operational experience at both the civic and private business levels. Blake brings a motivated, strategic, solutions-focused approach to business reorganization and operations improvement. He has been a Utility Business Operations Executive for the City of Houston and held ownership and leadership roles at both a strategic management consulting firm and in hospitality, from concept and planning to build out and operations. Blake has held critical leadership, capital project and P&L responsibilities.
Alex J. Vopat Director
Alex J. Vopat is a Director for MACCO based out of the Houston, TX office. His business expertise encompasses financial modeling, claims reconciliation, operational assessments, strategic turnaround planning, and post-bankruptcy integration. Alex has represented creditors and debtors within complex engagements involving Chapter 7 & Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and wind-down processes. His contributions consistently enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve financial performance.
John Aschenbeck Director
John Aschenbeck is a Director for MACCO, based out of the Houston, TX office. He possesses 12 years of broad corporate finance experience in interim management, turnaround and restructuring consulting, investment banking and research, M&A advisory, and private equity consulting, across various industries. John has provided research and investment decisions to some of the world’s most substantial institutional investors.
David Denbina, P.E. Senior Advisor
David L. Denbina, P.E. is a Sr. Advisor for MACCO. He is a workout, restructuring and valuation specialist. His experience extends across a vast array of diverse industries, including all sectors of energy, utilities and cogeneration, mining, oceangoing vessels, healthcare, logistics, gaming, recreational parks and marinas, commercial real estate and banking. David has served as an expert witness and in litigation support roles at numerous bankruptcy proceedings, in State District Court and in public hearings.

Norene Mostkoff is a Sr. Advisor at MACCO. She has over 20 years of leadership experience with companies in distress. As CEO, she has led healthcare companies out of financial crisis to profitability amidst the complexities of a highly regulated environment. Her ability to quickly evaluate, create and execute an implementable turnaround plan has contributed to her successful assignments with leaders in the healthcare, financial services, logistics and manufacturing sectors.

Tanya Goodum serves as MACCO’s Director of Marketing. Tanya brings her results oriented bias to the effective planning and implementation of creative marketing strategies that result in clear messaging and superior brand recognition. A poised and effective communicator, Tanya is adept in business development, including sophisticated and multi-cultural environments.
Sharon McManigle Director of Strategic Initiatives
Sharon McManigle, CPBA, CPMA, CPHDA, CPEQA, a certified-professional business coach and facilitator, serves as MACCO’s Director of Strategic Initiatives and Performance Coach. To this role, Sharon brings 20 years of accounting and finance experience and over a decade of strategic planning and organizational development facilitation.

He has over 26 years of experience in corporate finance, capital market transactions, business restructuring and chapter 11 bankruptcy. Stephen E. Judge is a Sr. Advisor for MACCO based out of the Wilmington, Delaware office. He has significant financial and accounting expertise in manufacturing, transportation, agribusiness, healthcare, hospitality, and automotive sectors, holding senior financial roles including Vice President Special Situations, CFO and CRO. Stephen has led refinancing efforts, profit improvement initiatives, bank work-outs, wind-downs and liquidations; and has represented debtors in numerous bankruptcy cases in many different Districts.
