The Proof is in the Results

MACCO professionals act in fiduciary roles. That means something.

We have a demonstrated record of providing impartial and clear answers to matters arising from litigation, business conflict, or other unique circumstances. The kind of circumstances where clarity isn't optional.

Bankruptcy courts appoint us. So do domestic and international courts. We serve as receivers, assignees, and chapter 11 plan trustees. These aren't roles you campaign for. They're roles you earn through a track record that holds up under scrutiny.

In February 2020, Drew McManigle was appointed by the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas, Region 7, Houston/Galveston Division. He was named as one of six Small Business Reorganization Act ("SBRA") Trustees.

Six trustees. Two districts. One appointment that came from the highest level of judicial oversight.

Courts don't hand out fiduciary appointments based on marketing materials. They hand them out based on what you've done when it mattered.

That's our track record.
